Everyone was nice and kind at the hotel. I got a clean room with a private bathroom. the location was particularly good for me. I was surprised by the nearby the Donut Nest; they had some tasty goodies and drinks.

The hotel's proximity to the outlet shopping center was a huge plus for our Christmas trip. We were also thrilled to find a couple of great restaurants nearby, adding to the overall convenience. Free parking and reliable WiFi were additional amenities that made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was not ideal, situated right next to the highway and industrial park. we found the customer service lacking, as the staff seemed more interested in personal conversations than checking us in.

Being close to the highway, I decided to stay at this hotel and it didn't disappoint me. Despite being near the highway, it was amazingly quiet in my room, and the 24-hour check-in and secure car park were huge pluses. The hotel staff, particularly Rosella who assisted at breakfast, always remembered my coffee requests and was so very pleasant. Besides, the location was central to Barberino Outlets, Mugello GP track and numerous wonderful restaurants that I can't help but appreciate.
